Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of IT support experience (MSP preferred)

Duties

  • Help customers by troubleshooting issues, performing user setups, and resolving day-to-day IT requests
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, Intune, and SharePoint
  • Troubleshoot Windows endpoints and user access issues across multiple environments
  • Communicate clearly with customers and document resolutions accurately
  • Identify recurring issues, trends, and gaps, and contribute to process and service improvements
