- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience (MSP preferred)
Duties
- Help customers by troubleshooting issues, performing user setups, and resolving day-to-day IT requests
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, Intune, and SharePoint
- Troubleshoot Windows endpoints and user access issues across multiple environments
- Communicate clearly with customers and document resolutions accurately
- Identify recurring issues, trends, and gaps, and contribute to process and service improvements
