The ideal candidate will have a strong MSP operations \/Automation background, exceptional PowerShell scripting proficiency, and a passion for process optimization. As an Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions to streamline workflows, improve efficiency &amp; customer satisfaction.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience with 2 year\u2019s experience in a similar role within an MSP environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with Rewst or similar IT automation platforms is highly desirable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of RPA concepts and experience with RPA tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in RMM tools such as, Datto RMM or similar platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline processes within our MSP environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and maintain robust PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools to automate repetitive tasks and optimize operational workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leverage RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools to automate system monitoring, patch management, and network administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and implementing automation solutions to enhance service delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex issues in a more simplified way<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity within the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop custom connectors, workflows, and alerts<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Great opportunity for the right individual.
