Try to avoid public WiFi access as much as possible, especially if you have your work email setup on your phone.
While public WiFi might be very convenient, they’re also very dangerous.
You never know who is sitting at the other end of the bar or airport, waiting to steal your passwords, credit cards, and all other personal information.
If you travel often, consider buying – or adding to your plan – a MiFi device which will give you internet access wherever your plans might take you.
Remember, public WiFi is indeed PUBLIC. You have no control over who sees and gets access to your information. Be safe out there!
